Jagan slams Naidu for lack of achievements, touts own government's successes

Jagan Mohan Reddy criticizes Chandrababu Naidu's lack of achievements

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy launched a scathing attack on Telugu Desam Party (TDP) president Chandrababu Naidu, criticizing his inability to claim a single achievement despite being in power for 14 years.

Reddy accused Naidu and other non-local leaders of making fraudulent promises to deceive people during elections and then abandoning them afterwards. He contrasted this with his own government's implementation of various welfare schemes, including YSR Cheyutha, Asara, Jagananna Chedodu, and others, which have been implemented transparently to uplift the people of Andhra Pradesh.

Reddy challenged Naidu to try and stop any of these schemes, highlighting the positive impact they have had on the lives of citizens. He also questioned Naidu's commitment to the state, asking whether the TDP would reinstate the Janmabhoomi committees and suspend the volunteer system if they came to power.

Reddy further highlighted his government's achievements in education, including the renovation of government schools through Nadu-Nedu and the implementation of English medium schools. He also emphasized the importance of women's safety, stating that a Mahila police force has been deployed in every village, along with the Disha App.

Reddy's remarks come as Andhra Pradesh gears up for elections, with both the YSRCP and TDP vying for the support of the electorate. His criticism of Naidu's record and his emphasis on his own government's achievements are likely to be key themes in the upcoming campaign.
